Adoption of the Tunbridge Wells Local Plan 2020-2038The Local Plan 2020-2038 was adopted by Full Council on Wednesday 10 December 2025.
The adopted Tunbridge Wells Local Plan 2020-2038 replaces the existing 2006 Local Plan, the Core Strategy (2010) and the Site Allocations Local Plan (2016). Please visit the examination of the Local Plan and latest news for further details on the Adoption Local Plan documents.

- Contact KCC if you know of a problem with: roadworks streetlights grass cutting and verge maintenance drainage
- Report a highways problem
- Report a problem with overgrown trees, hedges, shrubs, flowers and grass verges
- Report a fault with traffic lights or traffic safety
- Report a fault with street lights
- Report an issue with bridges and structures
